
Administrative Assistant
Salary: $18-$20.00 per hour
Single Source Disaster Recovery Specialists is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of customer service, light bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Position Type– Full Time Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Position Key Responsibilities
- Lead intake on all incoming calls
- Provide superior customer service including customer experience facilitation
- Generate accurate data entry
- Assist bookkeeper with clerical support for accounts receivables and payables, posting expenses and including filing, copying, typing, scanning, as well as 2-3 way invoice matching
- Deliver assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, policies and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
- Perform ADHOC duties as required
Position Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Full competency in Quickbooks, MS Office, and other software programs
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
- High school degree
- Bilingual in Spanish is not required but welcome
- Disaster Recovery experience preferred
