Administrative Assistant

Salary: $18-$20.00 per hour

Single Source Disaster Recovery Specialists is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of customer service, light bookkeeping and administrative tasks

Position Type– Full Time Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Position Key Responsibilities

  • Lead intake on all incoming calls
  • Provide superior customer service including customer experience facilitation
  • Generate accurate data entry
  • Assist bookkeeper with clerical support for accounts receivables and payables, posting expenses and including filing, copying, typing, scanning, as well as 2-3 way invoice matching
  • Deliver assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, policies and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge
  • Perform ADHOC duties as required

Position Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Full competency in Quickbooks, MS Office, and other software programs
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Well organized
  • High school degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish is not required but welcome
  • Disaster Recovery experience preferred
